Description
When I drag-and-drop an item’s thumbnail into an AutoSync folder or sub-folder in Portfolio Desktop Client 11.0.2 for Windows, nothing happens; the file does not move and the record is not updated.
Solution
Portfolio Desktop Client 11.0.2 for Windows has an issue where users cannot move files by dragging-and-dropping thumbnails, unless they are catalog administrators.
This issue is addressed in Portfolio Desktop Client 11.2. You can download the latest installer from the Portfolio Server 11 support page.
Note: Upgrading to Portfolio Desktop Client 11.2 requires upgrading Portfolio Server, Portfolio NetPublish, and NetMediaMax to the same version. Please do not use the newer Portfolio Desktop Client with an older version of Portfolio Server.
