Here’s where you’ll find the logs for Portfolio Server:

On 32-bit versions of Windows and Windows Server, the default location for the server logs is:
C:\Program Files\Extensis\Portfolio Server\logs

On 64-bit versions of Windows Server, the default location for the server logs is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Extensis\Portfolio Server\logs

On Mac OS X, the default location for the server logs is:
/Applications/Extensis/Portfolio Server/logs
NOTE: It is possible to change the location of the log files in the Portfolio Server Administration console. If you cannot find the logs in the locations listed above, log into the admin console and go to Global Settings > Logging Configuration; the location of the logs folder will be in the Log Directory field.
