Description
When I try to install Portfolio Server 11 on Windows 2008 R2, the installer displays the following error message: “The operating system is not adequate for running Extensis Portfolio Server 11.0.1”
Solution
You are probably installing on to Windows 2008 R2 without any service packs installed. Portfolio Server 11 requires Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 or later. If you install Service Pack 1, you should be able to complete the Portfolio Server 11 installation.
