Description
The thumbnail for an image has the multi-page icon in the lower-left corner of the thumbnail, but viewing its preview only shows the first page.
Solution
In the Preview window, click the ‘Switch to Original’ button.
If Portfolio Desktop Client is able to, the preview windows will open and display the origial file. You can use the arrow buttons on the right side of the toolbar to navigate through the file.
If a file format is not supported by the Portfolio Desktop Client then it will try opening the file using its default application for that file type; for example, PowerPoint files will be opened by Microsoft PowerPoint.
